We deliver end to end Guidewire suite implementations, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results. As a Dev Lead in Guidewire, work with and provide guidance and leadership to a team of developers that will help clients harness technology to achieve key business objectives. You will work across both core Guidewire and related platforms and technologies e.g. document management, finance, digital, data, etc.

What you’ll do:

Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background.

Good understanding and experience in software architecture, design patterns and software development best practices.

Identifying, defining and leading continuous improvement activities to increase the quality and velocity of solution and ways of working
-
Experience on Guidewire Cloud, PolicyCenter (Cloud platform preferred). BillingCenter and ClaimCenter considered.

Experience in Guidewire and related toolsets e.g. APD, Guidewire Testing Framework, Integration Gateway, Guidewire Studio, Guidewire Cloud Console, Git/Bucket, etc.

Experience on any database Oracle / SQL Server / Postgres and well versed in SQL.

Maintaining and fix issues in across environments (dev, QA, UAT and Prod) and involvement in unit testing and documentation.
What we’re looking for:

Experience with integration to other platforms such as Document Management, Finance, Digital, etc.

Strong business and technical communication (oral and written) skills.

Proven technical and people leadership skills and ability to leading development teams including work allocation, technical designs, code reviews, code merge activities, etc.

Ability to work with and influence wider technology teams, including other developer leads, project managers, Business Analyst Leads, etc.

Working with client business SMEs to understand the requirements and translate them into viable solutions.

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 89,000 including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
