Project Tracking & Governance: Monitor and report on project status, timelines, deliverables, budget, and resource allocation across Data Engineering projects.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain standard PMO documentation, including RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reports, change requests, and meeting minutes.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between technical data engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Agile & Waterfall Facilitation: Support sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and project status reviews using tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
Financial & Resource Management: Assist with tracking project budgets, invoices, resource utilization, and vendor engagement metrics.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all data engineering initiatives align with regulatory, compliance, and internal governance frameworks standard in the banking industry.
Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years of PMO or Project Coordination experience.
Domain Knowledge: Prior experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech environments is highly preferred.
Technical Understanding: Conceptual knowledge of Data Engineering concepts (e.g., ETL pipelines, data warehousing, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, data governance).
Tools: Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, or Power BI).
