We want a former YC founder to help us handle it.
A customer messages us. You understand the real problem, reproduce it, fix the code, ship the solution, and make sure it works.
You do not forward tickets.
## What you will do
* Work directly with customers every day
* Debug and solve their hardest problems
* Build integrations, features, fixes, and internal tools
* Turn repeated customer pain into product improvements
* Learn the entire Browser Use stack extremely fast
* Use agents aggressively to ship faster
* Find the most important fire and own it until it is dead
## Who can apply
You personally founded or co-founded a YC-backed company.
Your startup must no longer be your full-time focus. We want someone ready to commit completely to Browser Use.
We specifically want founders because you already understand:
* Customers do not care whose responsibility something is
* The correct job changes every hour
* Speed matters
* Nobody is coming to save you
* The mission comes first
