The successful candidate will provide functional leadership across the HCM landscape, ensure solutions align with business requirements, and drive continuous improvement, compliance, and user adoption.

Lead the functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Own the functional roadmap for assigned modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Absence, and Talent.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

Configure and maintain HCM functionality, including:

Core HR: Enterprise structures, legal entities, departments, jobs, positions, grades, workforce structures, person management, employment processes, and security roles.

Compensation: Salary basis, compensation plans, eligibility rules, budgets, worksheets, guidelines, approvals, and compensation cycles.

Absence Management: Absence types, plans, accruals, eligibility profiles, fast formulas, approvals, balances, and statutory requirements.

Talent Management: Performance Management, Goals, Career Development, Talent Review, succession planning, talent profiles, and competency frameworks.

Lead fit-gap analysis, solution workshops, process mapping, and functional design sessions.

Develop functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, process documentation, and training materials.

Manage end-to-end testing activities, including unit, system integration, regression, user acceptance, and production validation testing.

Support data conversion, integrations, reporting, and downstream system impacts.

Partner with technical teams on integrations, fast formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, reporting, and security requirements.

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes.

Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution.

Manage relationships with business stakeholders and third-party implementation or support partners.

Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable employment regulations.

Lead change management, communication, and end-user adoption activities.

Mentor functional analysts and contribute to the development of HCM delivery standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR technology or HRIS functional roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong functional expertise in most or all of the following modules:
- Core HR
- Compensation
- Absence Management
- Talent Management
- Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and global HR operating models.
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, workflows, approvals, eligibility profiles, and fast formulas.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification in one or more relevant modules.
- Experience with global implementations and multi-country HR requirements.
- Familiarity with legislative, regulatory, and localization requirements.
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Labor, or Workforce Management.
- Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and project workstreams.
- Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or formal project delivery methodologies.
