What You’ll Do
As an RN Lead 2, you’ll blend hands‑on nursing with team leadership. You will:
Support the Practice Manager in keeping clinic operations running efficiently
Mentor and train clinical staff so they can deliver their very best
Help shape a positive, supportive, patient‑centered culture
Coordinate daily workflows and keep things moving smoothly
Provide excellent direct patient care—assessments, injections, screenings, education, and more
Lead vaccine program operations (VFC/VFA) where applicable
Ensure supplies, equipment, and safety processes are always ready for action

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and 3 years experience as a Nurse in the specified program area; Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) and 5 years related program-specific nursing experience.
Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.
