Responsibilities
* Assign jobs to technicians according to workload and technical skills.
* Supervise mechanics and technicians and monitor job progress.
* Diagnose complex vehicle problems and provide technical support to the team.
* Ensure repairs are completed correctly and within the promised timeframe.
* Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
* Minimize repeat repairs and customer comebacks.
* Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding job status, additional repairs, and delays.
* Coordinate with the spare-parts team to avoid repair delays.
* Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, workmanship, and discipline.
* Ensure proper use of workshop tools and equipment.
* Maintain smooth workflow and organization within the workshop.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience.
* Previous experience as a Workshop Foreman, Team Leader, or Senior Automotive Technician preferred.
* Strong mechanical, electrical, diagnostic, suspension, and brake repair knowledge.
* Strong troubleshooting and vehicle diagnostic skills.
* Good leadership and team-management skills.
* UAE automotive workshop experience preferred.
* UAE driving license is a must.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
