Join us as a Receiving and Shipping Team Leader and help ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout our operations.
You will coordinate and control inbound and outbound material movements, ensuring on-time deliveries to customers and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your work will support operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
You will oversee receiving and shipping activities, verify material transactions, and ensure inventory information is reliable and up to date. Your customer-focused approach will contribute to the successful execution of warehouse and logistics operations.
You will collaborate with customers, warehouse personnel, forklift operators, and other operational teams to coordinate material movements, maintain inventory accuracy, and support a safe and organized work environment.

You will report directly to the Maintenance Coordinator. This is an On-Site position based in Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico.
Main Responsibilities.

Coordinate receiving and shipping operations to ensure the accurate movement of materials.

Verify that materials received from customers match supporting documentation regarding quantity, description, and specifications.

Process material receipts in the MITS system and ensure identification and labeling of materials.

Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities.

Perform cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliations with customers.

Maintain accurate records of part numbers, material batches, and inventory transactions.

Manage the daily activities of forklift operators and warehouse personnel.

Monitor material identification, counting, and storage processes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Maintain 5S standards, ensuring cleanliness, order, and organization throughout the operational area.

Support safe operations within shipping and receiving docks and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Qualifications.
-
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or related roles.

Experience coordinating or supervising operational personnel.

Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).

Knowledge of inventory management processes and cycle counting activities.

Knowledge of safe forklift operations is desirable.
