Job description
Join Korn Ferry Digital as a Senior Consultant and work with clients across EMEA, helping them make informed decisions about compensation, benefits, pay structures, and workforce strategy. You’ll combine your subject-matter expertise with Korn Ferry’s leading tools and methodologies to deliver meaningful solutions for both new and existing clients.
In this role, you will:
Build trusted relationships with clients across several industries.
Advise clients on Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits topics.
Analyse compensation, HR, and market data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
Support clients with salary benchmarking, pay analysis, and reward-related decision-making.
Lead complex client onboarding and training for the Korn Ferry Digital Suite.
Facilitate workshops with senior HR and management stakeholders.
Support the development, maintenance, and renewal of the reward database in the assigned country.
Share technical expertise, best practices, and market knowledge with colleagues across the EMEA community.
Manage projects effectively, providing accurate forecasts and timely progress updates.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A university degree, either a BSc or MSc.
5+ years of direct experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, including compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and pay structure design.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with compensation, HR, and market data.
Experience interacting with senior HR leaders, management stakeholders, or executives.
Strong client-facing, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Fluency in Polish and English.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in compensation consulting, HR business partnering, job analysis, or organisation design.
Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle.
Experience delivering human capital-related services.
Experience coordinating the work of others.
Additional language skills.
