Role snapshot
- Location: McKinney, TX
- Pay: $17–$20/hour + overtime + shift differential
- Schedule: 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts; overtime available; weekends required; 3rd‑shift/overnight strongly preferred
What you’ll do
- Run multiple production lines (up to five at once) including Armor, Cabler, and Packaging machines.
- Complete equipment setups, inspections, and routine maintenance for safe, reliable output.
- Use key hand tools—calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures—to measure, adjust, and troubleshoot.
- Maintain orderly, clean work areas and comply with OSHA and Prysmian safety procedures.
- Escalate safety concerns immediately and support production direction from supervisors.
- Partner with teammates to hit quality and throughput goals.
What it takes to thrive
- Manufacturing background preferred but not required; we provide hands‑on training.
- Comfort with physically demanding tasks and repetitive motion; frequent bending, twisting, standing, and kneeling.
- Proficiency with standard hand tools.
- Color‑differentiation ability for accurate identification and quality checks.
- Reliability, multi‑tasking capability, and willingness to learn.
- Bonus points for farm/farm‑hand experience and interest in overnight schedules.

Education
High school diploma or GED required.
