Description
ami consulting is seeking a Senior Scrum Master – SAFe / Multi-équipes (H/F) to join our team in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Computer Software/Engineering industry. This unique Entry Level opportunity is designed for candidates with foundational SAFe knowledge who want to develop into a senior Scrum Master within our multi-team Agile organization.
As a Senior Scrum Master focused on SAFe and Multi-équipes, you will support multiple Agile teams and contribute to scaled Agile delivery. Working directly with software engineering stakeholders, you will help facilitate Scrum processes, support program-level SAFe events, and foster collaboration across teams. You will learn to navigate complex dependencies, drive transparency, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Support SAFe program-level events such as PI Planning, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt workshops.

Help coordinate dependencies across multiple Scrum teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Coach team members on Scrum principles, SAFe practices, and agile mindsets.

Remove impediments and escalate risks when needed to keep multi-team delivery on track.

Collaborate with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers to prioritize backlogs and align team goals with program objectives.

Track and visualize team metrics, such as velocity, burn-down, and cumulative flow, to support transparency.

Encourage continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and implementation of action items.

Act as a liaison between teams, management, and technical stakeholders in a multi-équipes environment.

Assist in building a healthy team culture that values ownership, quality, and collaboration.

Support the adoption of SAFe tools and best practices across software engineering teams.

Maintain clear documentation of team agreements, workflows, and processes.
Requirements
- Entry Level experience accepted; a strong interest in Scrum Master career and Agile delivery is required.

Familiarity with Scrum framework and Agile values.

Basic understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and multi-team coordination.

Ability to facilitate meetings and lead discussions with confidence.

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to identify dependencies, risks, and impediments.

Willingness to learn project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

Collaborative mindset with a diplomatic approach to conflict resolution.

Curiosity about software engineering processes and a passion for team improvement.

Ability to work on-site in Neuilly-sur-Seine and adapt to a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Preferred: SAFe certification or experience working with Agile teams is a plus.
