Experience you need:
- Background with top-tier international PMCs or tier-1 main contractors.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
- Proven mastery in complex MEP integration, site controls, or IST.
Nice to have / Bonus:
- Cross-sector experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced industrial facilities.
- Track record leading hyperscale data center or greenfield mega-projects.
- Interface directly with global clients in spoken English (The PM will assist with paperwork)
About you:
- Project experience with Data Centres or Mission-critical facilities or Semiconductor manufacturing or Pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities
- Ambitious Construction Manager, Commissioning Lead, or Senior Project Lead.
- Thrive in high-stakes environments managing massive greenfield digital assets.
- Assertive leader skilled at keeping global stakeholders aligned on-site.
