E Labs is an event marketing agency working across paid social, email, WhatsApp and websites for festivals, clubs and live shows. I need someone to work closely with me, learn how the whole thing runs, and start taking real pieces of it on.
Current clients include Mixmag, a house party festival and series running since 1994, and a longstanding comedy club in London.
This is a freelance role, structured as an ongoing independent arrangement rather than employment. In practice the opportunity is bigger than most full-time marketing jobs. If you're good and you stick with it, there's serious money to be made and a huge amount to learn along the way.
For someone passionate about live events and into data, this is an extremely fun, rewarding and lucrative role.
What you'll be doing
- Setting up and running Meta ad campaigns: targeting, budgets, creative tests, daily checks
- Using AI tools to produce ad creative quickly: copy, crops, overlays, static and motion versions of the same idea
- Running email and WhatsApp sends through CRMs like Brevo or Klaviyo: weekly campaigns, sequences, community messages
- Building and editing landing pages and small sites using AI coding tools like Cursor
- Using AI tools day to day to speed up content, reporting and campaign setup
Who I'm looking for
- Early in your career and hungry
- Into marketing/data and wants to get very good at it
- Learns fast, doesn't need things explained twice, your academic background is secondary to this
- Already using AI tools, or keen to get fluent fast. Words like API and MCP shouldn't scare you off
- Comfortable figuring out new software without a manual
- Some connection to or interest in music, festivals or nightlife is a bonus, not a requirement
- Any background in design is a big bonus, not a must
- Any experience with ads or data is a big bonus, not a must
- Reliable and proactive. Tells me when something's done, tells me when something's stuck
- Fluent German + professional English a must
You'll be working closely with me. I'm German and based between Europe in the summer and Bali in the winter. The first projects you'd work on are for English-speaking clients but looking to expand into the German market this year.
To apply, send me
- A short note in your own words: why this, why you
- One or two things you've actually done. Doesn't need to be marketing. A project, a side hustle, something you built or ran further than expected. What you did, what happened, what you'd do differently
- Anything that shows how you work: a link, a screenshot, an example
Write it yourself, no AI-written CVs or cover letters.
