What you’ll be performing:
Requirements Understanding and Coordination
- Act as a key liaison to validate initial project requirements.
- Coordinate between internal teams, partners and clients to align expectations and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless handoff of projects to implementation teams.
- Consultation and Solution Design
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design solutions that address business needs.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Consider digital capabilities and user experiences in solution design.
- Proposal Development and Deal Closing
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals within tight timelines.
- Effectively communicate and present proposal to clients, adapting approach as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility in communication and negotiation styles.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently, contributing to overall project success while managing time constraints.
- Adapt to changing client needs and market conditions, adjusting strategies quickly to maintain momentum in the sales process.
Market Trend Identification and Digital Knowledge Enhancement
- Actively identify and analyze current and emerging market trends.
- Stay informed about digital innovations and their potential business applications.
- Demonstrate a strong business mindset with a clear understanding of organizational goals and digital strategies.
- Understand and articulate software development methodologies and digital architecture concepts.
- Continuously expand knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
We are looking for you if you have:
- At least 3 years of work experience in digital, with exposure to the banking, finance, insurance, or retail sectors as an advantage.
- Strong experience in client-facing roles, ideally within a consulting firm, agency, or in product management.
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex digital information to non-technical audiences.
- Higher-level position available for candidates with relevant senior experience.
