Aufgaben
Main Objectives:
- Lead of Master Data Integrity and Accuracy. Own the creation, maintenance, validation, and governance of material master records, ensuring accurate data across SAP and related systems to support uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- Own and Lead Power BI Reporting. Key owner for Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions within GCSP North America, ensuring data accuracy, availability, usability, and alignment with business requirements. Lead the development, and continuous improvement of dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools for management decision-making.
- Provide Data-Driven Solutions. Analyze supply chain challenges using databases, SAP data, Power BI, and other available data sources. Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities, and proactively propose analytical solutions, new developments, process improvements, and system enhancements to address business needs.
- Engage with E3 Management and Top levels. Participate in E3 Management sessions and other relevant management forums, presenting data-driven insights, identifying business opportunities and risks, and proactively proposing improvements, analytical solutions, and new reporting or system capabilities.
- Cross-Regional Master Data Alignment. Act as a central coordinator between MBMI, MBUSI, MBAG, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure standardized data structures, harmonized processes, and consistent execution across regions.
- Lead Data-Driven Improvements and Automation. Identify opportunities to streamline master data workflows, optimize system utilization, automate manual activities, and support digitalization initiatives that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and process effectiveness.
- Business Support for Strategic Supply Chain Initiatives. Support SCM optimization projects, and transformation initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate master data implementation and providing the analytical and support required for successful execution.
Main Tasks:
1. Lead Master Data Management Governance
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across PowerBi and related systems. Monitor data quality standards, KPIs, controls, and ensure GCSP top management requirements.
2. Coordinate Power BI and Business Reporting
Continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions supporting Master Data, Supply Chain, Procurement, and operational performance. Define relevant KPIs, ensure data accuracy and availability, and develop new dashboards and analytical capabilities.
3. Perform Data Analysis and Develop Analytical Solutions
Analyze supply chain issues using data bases, Power BI, and other data sources. Identify data patterns, inconsistencies, and root causes, and develop data-driven solutions, reports, and analytical models to support decision-making challenges.
4. Coordinate Master Data and Implementation
Act as a key interface between MBMI, MBUSI, MBAG, Procurement, Logistics, IT, and other stakeholders to coordinate master data changes across regions. Support standardized data structures, harmonized processes, and implementation of cross-functional initiatives.
5. Process Automation and Digitalization
Lead projects to improve data processes, automate manual activities, optimize database and system utilization, and enhance reporting capabilities.
6. Support Management with Data-Driven Decision Making
Support GCSP E3 Management sessions by preparing relevant data, KPIs, dashboards, trends, and analytical insights. Translate complex data into clear and actionable information to support management decisions and identify opportunities.
7. Drive Communication and Stakeholder Alignment
Ensure continuous communication with GCSP NACW E3 and management stakeholders and securing timely execution of all Data Management activities.
Qualifikationen
1. Education:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related technical area; Master Degree preferred.
2. Language(s):
Bilingual Spanish + English (Native or business fluent); German (optional).
3. Work Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in master data management, data analysis, data governance, supply chain, procurement, or a similar environment. Experience working with master data processes, data quality, data validation, Power-Bi, and ERP/SAP-based systems. Experience coordinating data changes and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
4. Technical Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance processes.
- Experience with SAP systems (SAP Paragon, or equivalent).
- Understanding of data quality, validation, data cleansing, and data maintenance processes.
- Experience managing and analyzing large datasets and identifying data inconsistencies.
- Understanding of data governance, standards, controls, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; Power BI or other data analytics tools preferred.
