Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 production support for critical platforms and services.
Support and maintain existing DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Manage releases, deployments, hotfixes, and environment changes following ITSM processes.
Perform proactive monitoring and incident management.
Enhance and optimize pipelines and infrastructure configurations based on operational requirements.
Develop automation solutions using scripting.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and operational resilience initiatives.
Collaborate with customers and global engineering teams to ensure service stability and continuous improvement.
Support incident, change, and release management activities.
Requisitos:
Required Technical Skills
Experience in DevOps, Technology Operations (TechOps), Production Support, or SRE environments.
Linux/Unix administration experience.
Basic Python scripting and automation skills.
Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments.
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Experience with incident, change, and release management processes.
Fluent English and Portuguese.

Experience in financial markets, exchanges, trading platforms, or regulated environments.
