We are seeking a Lead AI Solution Engineer to build an agentic orchestration and AI workflow platform that verifies supplier compliance with consolidated logistics rates. You will partner across time zones and deliver a secure, CI/CD-enabled solution on Gemini Enterprise and Azure.
Responsibilities

Design the agentic orchestrator and workflow architecture for supplier compliance verification

Build the initial validation pipeline using flat-file checks and auditable rule execution

Implement agent development workflows using Google Gemini Enterprise capabilities

Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment

Define authentication and access patterns to support secure platform usage

Develop Python-based services and APIs to support orchestration and integrations

Plan the integration approach for future connectivity to Oracle Transportation Management and SAP systems
-
Collaborate with stakeholders across US and India time zones to refine requirements and priorities

Write maintainable code and engineering documentation to support long-term evolution

Troubleshoot platform issues and improve reliability, performance, and observability
Requirements

5+ years of experience in software engineering with production-grade delivery

Experience designing AI-enabled platforms or workflow/orchestration systems

Strong technical leadership skills to guide architecture and engineering decisions

Hands-on project delivery skills across distributed stakeholders and time zones
-
Strong Azure DevOps experience for CI/CD automation and release management
-
Strong Google Gemini Enterprise experience for agent development and platform use

Strong Python skills or similar language skills to build integrations and services

Strong integration skills with enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle databases
-
Strong communication skills to align requirements and explain technical tradeoffs

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for daily collaboration
