JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Coordinates the volunteer program for the agency. Maintains database of volunteers for special projects. Responds and fields inquires from individuals and groups of volunteers, appropriately distributing them out to Sunrise programs as necessary.
- Helps receive, organize, maintain, evaluate and distribute donations.
- Manages the monthly Birthday Blessings program with supporters.
- Arranges travel booking reservations, confirmation, itinerary, etc. for marketing travel events or workshops.
- Establishes and maintains contact with key media personnel. Match content with media focus schedules. Coordinates media requests for interviews, stories, and/or photography.
- Performs general office tasks, answers and returns phone calls, handles incoming requests, filing, and provides administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
- Maintains inventory of marketing collateral and branded items in the team closet. Places orders as needed. Maintains departmental supplies.
- Provides support for mailings and other projects related to marketing.
- Updates and monitors the marketing calendar. Maintains schedules for marketing team.
- Understands, supports, and is capable of expressing a genuine commitment to Sunrise belief, values, and mission statement.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director and Communications Director.
