WHAT YOU'LL DO

Inspire and lead a warehouse team to achieve operational excellence, service targets and customer expectations

Coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring effective task allocation, resource management and productivity performance

Communicate KPIs, SLAs and operational priorities through regular team briefs and engagement sessions

Champion a strong safety culture by maintaining Health & Safety standards and compliance across the operation

Support colleague development, continuous improvement projects and employee relations activities to build a high-performing team
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
-
Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment is preferred
-
Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and build effective working relationships at all levels.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Experience working within an automated FMCG warehousing operation would be advantageous.
